Hall Booking cancellation Charges
| Within 31 days to 60 days of booking date | 10% of hall booking charges |
| Within 16 days to 30 days of booking date | 25% of hall booking charges |
| Within 15 days to 08 days of booking date | 50% of hall booking charges |
| Within 07 days of booking date | 75% of hall booking charges |
The hall booking cancellation can only be affected on written request from the member in whose name the booking is requested. No cancellation will be done on telephone.
In case the member wishes to postpone the hall booking date, he can do so within 6 months by paying additional 25% on the booking charges.
