Reservation
- 50% advance payment of total room booking.
- Request for accommodation to be accompanied with complete details like membership no., name and address of the club member.
- All requests to be addressed to the Front Office of the Sports club of Gujarat Ltd.
Notes & Temporary member subscription
Children between 5 & 12 Years: Rs. 100 per day per child
Extra person charges: Rs. 1200 + GST.
GST Applicable as per Government Rules.

Cancellation Charges :
- Before 2 Months 10% of the total room tariff
- Before 1 Months 15% of the total room tariff
- Before 15 days 20% of the total room tariff
- Within 15 days to 7 days 30% of the total room tariff
- Within 7 days to 24 hrs. 50% of the total room tariff
- Within 24 hrs or same days 100% of the total room tariff
