Life Membership
Life Memership can be availed through an entrance fees of Rs.4,50,000/- Life Members are exempted from yearly subscription fees. Existing corporate members can get yearly memberships for 2 additional nominees by paying Rs. 25,000/- per nominee.

Ordinary Membership General
Any person who has attained 18 yrs. of age can apply for Club Ordinary Membership at an entrance fee of Rs.3,50,000/- & yearly subscription of Rs.1,500/-

Ordinary Membership Sons/daughters above 18yrs.
Sons & daughters (married & unmarried) of members (including past & deceased members) can become members in this category. The entrance fees for the same is Rs.1,25,000/-

Ordinary Membership Select Relatives
Any person who has attained 18 yrs. of age & falls under the following categories of select relatives can apply for Club Ordinary Membership at an entrance fee of Rs.2,00,000/- & yearly subscription of Rs.1,500/-

Note: A permanent waiting list will be maintained under this category & the applicant will be called for personal interview in numerical order. Appication forms are available at the Club office for Rs. 10/- For more details please contact Mr. Kiran Desai at the Club office.

Institutional Membership
A company or institution which is registered under the Companies Act. 1956 or Societies Registration Act or Corporation/Body established by Special Act of any State or Central Legislature are eligible to become an Institutional Member by paying Rs. 6,00,000/- with Annual Subscription of Rs. 2000/-. Institutional member can add 2nd & 3rd nominees by paying entrance fees of Rs. 2,50,000/- each & yearly subscription of Rs. 2000/- for each nominee. Yearly Institutional Membership is also available by paying Rs. 25,000/-. At any point of time, maximum 3 nominees can be nominated by an Institutional Member by paying either entance fees for 2nd & 3rd Nominees or yearly fees for 2nd & 3rd Nominees. Change of Nominee/s is possible. 2nd & 3rd Nominees will not have voting rights.

Service Membership
Class 1 Government Officers in the service of the Union of India or Gujarat Government can become Service Members of the club. Entrance fees : Rs. 2,500/- Monthly : Rs. 250/- Security Deposit : Rs. 5,000/- which shall be refunded on termination of membership Service Members will not have voting rights.

Honorary Membership
Honorary Membership is being offered by the Club for the persons of outstanding achievements in the field of sports, nominated by the Executive Committee. Sports Members First & Second Ranking Players of Gujarat State can become Sports Members of the club without paying any entrance fees. However, they will be charged usual activities charges.

Spouse Membership
Widow or widower of a member is entitled to become a Spouse Member by paying a token entrance fee of Rs. 250/- & annual subscription of Rs. 1,200/-. They will not have voting rights.

Junior Membership
Junior Membership is being offered by the club to sons & daughters between the age of 13 & 18 years of existing/deceased Life, Ordinary & Spouse Members. On completition of 18 years, they will be enrolled as a permanent ordinary member without charging any additional fees. The entrance fees are as under :-
13 & 14 yrs : Rs. 80,000/-
15 & 16 yrs : Rs. 95,000/-
17 & 18 yrs : Rs. 1,15,000/- Junior Members are restricted to use the Card Room or any other facility restricted by the Executive Committee.

CCA Membership
The original members of CCA are entitled to become members in this category without any entrance fees and annual subscription.

Corporate Membership
Maximum 3 nominees representing any corporate company will be permitted. Fees for 1st nominee are Rs. 2,50,000/- Fees for 2nd & 3rd nominee will be Rs. 2000/- per nominee. However, the corporate company will have an option to pay entrance fees of Rs. 7,50,000/- & the right to nominate a maximum of 10 nominees subject to approval by the Executive Committee.

Member's Parents...
can avail Club facilities by paying yearly charges at Rs. 2,750/- per head or Rs. 4000/- for both parents. Membership application forms are available at the Club office.

Transfer of Membership Senior Members
Senior Life & Ordinary Members aged 55yrs. & above can transfer their membership to close relatives aged 18 yrs. & above. Transferees will have to make a payment of Rs. 1,25,000/- of which Rs. 30,000/- will be refunded to the member who surrenders his/her membership.

A permanent waiting list for each category is maitained by the Club & the applicants will be called for personal interview in numerical order. For any further query please contact Club office during office hours. Any member who desires to have Junior Membership for his son/daughter in the age groups 13-14 / 15-16 / 17-18 has to apply for the same 60 days before the applicant crosses his/her birth date for eligibility in the age group & such appointments would be brought to the notice of all members through the the Club Circular. Members who have attained 75 years of age as on 1st April 2007 & CCA Members (Mem. No. 1251 - 2500) shall not have to pay the annual fees.

Please see adjoining table for revised fees structure. Additional annual fees will be applicable except for Life membership category. Service Tax will be applicable to all membership categories. Proposal forms for membership received till 30th October, 2009 will be considered at the old rate (Existing Entrance Fees)

Applications regarding any kind of memberships or transfers must be submitted with an advance cheque towards relative fees prevailing at the time. The cheque will be encashed only upon selection of candidate.

All members are requested to pay Club dues in time to avoid cessation of memberships and other & other inconveniences. Please inform about changes in address, telephone nos, email etc.for updation of Club records and communications.
